I wanted to write a little something about my Coach, Julia. I truly feel so thankful to have met her. Not only is she a wonderful coach, she's SO supportive about everything. I know that I matter to her and she cares about my well-being/mental state beyond just the sport of bikini competing. She made my first NPC bikini prep such a wonderful experience. Going into this prep I didn't know if I would consider doing another show- it was a goal of mine to do a show so I wanted to see if I could do it. Well now I'm completely in LOVE with this sport, can't wait to get back on stage and I have Julia to thank for that. If you're on the fence about going for a fitness goal and are considering a coach to help you achieve your goals- I would HIGHLY recommend Julia. You'll learn so much about nutrients/fitness and be taken such good care of. She's the best of the best ????
