Best Lifts: I never max out- but recently I did 6×4 deadlifts at 170lbs.

How did you get started?
I found an article written about Julia and knew I had to meet her. The rest is history. I met a friend/mentor for life 🙂

What does your training look like? 
6x/wk of heavy lifting and 3-4 days/wk of cardio.

What does your diet look like?
High carb/moderate protein and low fat. It’s what agrees with my body the most!

Do you have any upcoming goals or competitions? 
For now I’m shooting for the Emerald cup in April and then hopefully I’ll go to a national show after that!

Favorite Movie/TV show?
Favorite movie: Sixteen Candles
Tv show: Does the Disney channel work, haha? I have two kids- I don’t watch tv besides cartoons

If you could trade places with anyone on earth for 24 hours, who would it be and why?
Serena Williams – I’m OBSESSED with tennis/is love to see the hard work tag a professional athlete has to put in each day to be the best in the world!

Favorite “cheat” meal?
CANDY and brownies.

Who do you look up to?
Both of my parents and God.

What 3 things would you take with you on a desert island?
Iced tea, brownies and music 🙂
